Hubba was created by early years professionals with one shared aim: to raise standards across the sector while making exceptional training, resources and support accessible to every setting. Because better shouldn’t have to mean more expensive.

Our story

The early years sector deserves better. So we built it.

01 / The frustration

Training that missed the mark.

Too much early years training felt expensive, generic and disconnected from what actually happens in a setting, while managing training was often more complicated than it needed to be. We believed raising standards shouldn’t mean raising costs. Early years deserved better training, better tools and a better way of doing things.

02 / A better way

So we set out to build one.

We brought together years of early years experience and expertise and started building the things we already wished existed. Training people actually wanted to complete, tools that made sense from the moment you opened them, and everything designed around how settings really work.

03 / Hubba today

And it keeps on growing.

Today, Hubba is more than a training platform. It’s becoming a home for early years, bringing learning, tools, resources, policies and community together, with plenty more still to come.
